Delete your account
In the GLOB app
Open Settings, then Delete account. If you use Sign in with Apple, the app asks you to confirm with Apple first.
On the web
- Open the launcher and sign in.
- Go to Account, then Settings, then Delete account…
- Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again.
Can’t sign in? Email support@ironhopeshop.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, username, profile photo and status.
- Your friends list and friend requests (on both sides), your party, and your direct messages.
- Trophies and experience points.
- Game data, including GLOB saves, items you own in our games, best runs and leaderboard entries.
What we keep
- Records of payments, as required for accounting and tax. They are not refunded by deleting your account.
- Support tickets you opened, with your name and email removed.
Deletion is immediate and can’t be undone. See the privacy policy for more.
