Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Iron Hope Shop (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our websites and games (including the launcher and GLOB), and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data. If you sign in with Google or email: display name, email, a username you choose, and a Firebase user id.
- Gameplay and product data. Saves, scores, settings, play time, and similar data needed to run ranked play and the launcher when you are signed in.
- Social data. Friend list, party membership, chat messages you send, and presence (online, away, or invisible, and whether friends can see what you are playing).
- Support. Tickets and replies you send through the launcher.
- Purchases. If you buy a digital item (such as Founder of the Drop), we store the product, the amount, the time, and a Stripe reference on your account so we can grant it. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s checkout page. We do not store your full card number.
- Diagnostics. Error reports and basic technical info (browser, device class) to fix bugs.
- Analytics. Only if you choose Accept all: page views and similar usage events via Google Analytics 4.
How we use it
- Authenticate you and keep you signed in across Iron Hope Shop apps.
- Provide saves, friends, presence, the shop, and support tools.
- Grant digital items you purchase and keep a record of those purchases.
- Operate and improve the products; prevent abuse.
Processors
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Hosting, Firestore, and related services). Payments are processed by Stripe. If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4. Their processing is governed by those companies’ terms and privacy documentation.
Cookies & local storage
On your first visit, a sheet asks you to choose. There is no cookie button in the corner. After you choose, change it under Settings → Cookies in the launcher, or in-game Settings. The same choice applies across ironhopeshop.com and its games.
- Session (
__ihs_session). Essential. Keeps you signed in on.ironhopeshop.comfor about 14 days. HttpOnly. Always on if you sign in. - Consent (
ihs_cc). Remembers Accept all (1.a) or Essential only (1.e) for about a year. Also stored in local storage asihs.cookieConsent.v1. - Analytics. Google Analytics cookies, only after Accept all.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers only as needed to run the products (e.g. Google), or when required by law.
Retention
Account and game data are kept while your account is active and as needed for the product. Purchase records are kept as required for accounting and to show what your account owns.
Your choices
- Export a copy of your shop profile from Account in the launcher. That export does not include GLOB cloud or ranked saves.
- Delete the Iron Hope Shop login from Account. That removes the Firebase sign-in. Game cloud data may remain until you wipe it in the game or ask us.
- Cookie choice: Settings → Cookies, anytime after the first sheet.
Children
Iron Hope Shop products are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The version and updated date at the top change when we do.
