By using Iron Hope Shop websites and games (including the launcher and GLOB), you agree to these terms.
The service
We provide entertainment software and related online features (accounts, saves, ranked play, shop UI, support). Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. Beta / demo content is offered as-is.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep credentials secure.
- One person per account unless we say otherwise. Do not share accounts for ranked abuse.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that cheat, harass, attack our systems, or break the law.
Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering for cheats, no unauthorized access, no malware.
- No scraping or overloading our APIs beyond normal play.
- Respect other players in social / Discord-linked features.
Purchases
Digital items, such as the Founder of the Drop cosmetic pack, are sold on our website. Checkout is provided by Stripe. The price is shown before you pay. These items are a license to use a cosmetic on your Iron Hope Shop account. They are not a gameplay advantage, they have no cash value, and they are not transferable. Refund requests go through Support. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
Intellectual property
Iron Hope Shop, GLOB, and related art, code, and marks are owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive license to use the client for play, not to copy, sell, or redistribute our assets.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAX EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF SAVES / SCORES / DATA.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version and updated date at the top change when we do. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
